It turns out jumping from the chair was his plan all along! Daniel Boria, an avid skydiver, planned to jump from the chair and into the Calgary Stampede, an annual rodeo and festival in Calgary, Alberta. When winds blew him off course, Boria was forced to scrap his plans to parachute into the festival to advertise his business and was arrested upon landing.
