Baseball fans mourn the loss of a legend after Lawrence Peter “Yogi” Berra passed away due to natural causes at the age of 90 on Tuesday, September 22nd. Berra was a catcher for the New York Yankees from 1946 until 1963 and played for the Mets for a season before moving on to coaching and managing the latter team.

Berra won the World Series 10 times as a player and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1972. Fans and players alike paid tribute to the 18-time All-Star.
